How to buy

-       Contact us by website, email or phone to discuss and place orders

-       Payment by:

o   Credit Card (in person or via phone)

o   Electronic deposit or Direct deposit

o   Bank cheque

o   Process;

  • Place order via – Website, Phone or in person
  • Agree on Order specifications, BHF Item # allocated
  • Tax Invoice sent to purchaser by email
  • Sign off acceptance completed and returned by customer (provision for this on bottom of Tax Invoice) and confirmation of 50% Deposit paid to BHF by customer
  • BHF sends Receipt to customer
  • Order commenced when Deposit payment has cleared
  • Final Balance payable on completion prior to being sent to customer

o   Other details;

  • Build progress photos can be sent to customer (if required or requested).
  • Item packaged and dispatched by BHF – customer to arrange and pay for freight ie:   ( unless otherwise agreed )
  • Warranty-12 months from date of purchase
  • Special or custom orders
  • Build progress of purchased pieces can be made available via: Instagram, Email / photos or SMS
  • Certifications available ( Craftsman Certificate copy, Mirror Supplier certification, AS compliance)
